At Lux Tips and Toes, our goal is to provide you with an exceptional experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Below is our Refund Policy:

1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the services you received, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will either offer a correction of the service or a partial refund based on the situation.

2. Product Refunds

For products purchased at our salon (e.g., nail care products), refunds will be offered if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. No refunds will be issued for used or opened products unless defective.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Fees

A 50% cancellation fee will apply for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No refunds will be given for no-show appointments.
